Sound Bath

Join me for a sound meditative experience, where you will be bathed in sound waves. 

Waves are produced by various healing instruments such as Gong, Singing bowls, Conch, Tingsha bells or human voice. 

The sound travels from the instrument to the molecules and particles of the body and creates vibration, transmuting any unwanted heavy energy.

A sound bath can help alleviate symptoms of:

- insomnia

- aches and pains

- depression and anxiety

- mind chatter

Receiving a sound bath enables deep relaxation in the body and improves a person's wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level.

All the participants have to do is lie down, relax and be open to receive the vibrations so you can experience the most incredible journey.

For the sessions, participants should bring:

- a yoga mat

- a blanket

- an eye mask and cushion (if preferred, for comfort)
